       After the split with Hero motocorp has launched it's third product named as Ignitor. It is good to see that Hero is really being Hero.

Hero Ignitor is nothing but re-badged Honda Stunner.

re-badging is mostly used in case of cars as like chevy spark is rebadged Dewoo Matiz.

Hero motocorp is planning to achieve more market in 125cc premium segment where they all ready have Hero Glamour & Hero Super Splendor. Lets check out how is this new 125cc machine.....

Looks :

            In case of looks and styling it looks killer. It has good style elements which makes it sporty yet realistic. Hero Ignitor has very good curves at front.
     

     

      At front Head lamps are attached to Fuel Tank. Head lamp has got neatly designed black visor while panels(Front side panels) are of body colored which makes it sporty and head turner. Rearview Mirrors are also dual colored black as base color and another is body color. 

          The tank and side panels(back side panels) has graphics sticker which added to its sporty characteristic. The rear shocks are of red color its totally to get attention. It also have black colored foot pages n full chain cover Hero has ignored half chain cover to protect chain from mud and dust but it also reduce chain noise.

          On the back of Ignitor Hero engineers doesn't have that much worked as they are on front of bike. The rear of bike is similar to honda stunner only grab rails little bit changed.

        Hero Ignitor has got step-up seat which not only sporty but it also provides comfort.

Instrument Cluster:

             Hero Ignitor sports  digital speedometer with oddometer and clock first time in 125cc segment no other bike has digital clock. It also have analogue tachometer and fuel guage. Warning indicaters are also perfectly placed.

Engine:

      Hero Ignitor has 125cc engine with 11bhp at 8000rpm power.

It has 1 down and 4 up gear pattern. Gear ratio is short that allows us to drive at low speed in high gears. Engine is smooth as like butter and very silky. 

Fuel Efficiency:

       Hero Ignitor is very good fuel efficint bike. It gives around 60 to 65kmpl in mixed conditions. It's good for any 125cc bike.

Price :

              Rs. 59683/- (Ex showroom Mumubai).

Final Verdict:

•  Bike is good in terms of styling and performance.
• It is best option for collage goers who want good looks as well as mileage in low cost.
• It gives big bike feel and compared to 150cc bikes.
• No question about build quality.
• As it is from Hero You can get easily spare parts in low cost.
• Problem is only Waiting period is about a month.
